A pair of vintage German WWII Rodenstock Munchen Octonar 8×30 military binoculars in good working condition. Serial number: 501852

Magnification: 8x magnification

Objective lens: 30mm

Eyepiece diameter: 17mm

Central focusing wheel and fine focus adjustment at the right eyepiece.

Dimensions (when binoculars fully open): 165mm (W) x 110mm (H) x 45mm (D)

Weight: approx. 450g

These binoculars are in correct collimation, with clean lenses and very clear images for their age.

Wear and tear to the binoculars body appropriate with age. The top edge of the left eyecup has a broken chip (as shown in the picture), although this does not seem to affect the use of the binoculars in any way.
