Vintage Beck Kassel CBS Kolibri 4½ x 20 binoculars, made in Germany.
Manufactured by Christoph Beck & Söhne (CBS), Kassel, a respected German optical manufacturer established in 1892. Beck resumed binocular production after WWII in 1948, and the Kolibri belongs to its post-war range. These are most likely from approximately the 1950s–1960s. Beck Kassel continued producing optical instruments until the later 20th century.
Markings include:

The optics are intact and reasonably clean for their age. The focusing mechanisms operate well, including the individual eyepiece adjustment.
Please note that the front fixing screw and washer are replacements, as visible in the photographs.
There are general signs of age and use to the body, including paint wear, scratches and some finish loss. A cord/strap is fitted.
A nice collectible pair of compact German-made vintage binoculars suitable for display or continued use.
