These are an attractive traditional pair with black textured finish and classic mid-century styling. Marked Ross London, Made in England, and 9×35 Stepruva, with number 8031 visible on the body.

The binoculars are in vintage used condition, with age-related cosmetic wear throughout. There are general marks, rubbing, paint loss, and edge wear to the metal body, particularly around the objective rims and other raised edges.
The leather covering remains intact overall. The optics are intact and fairly clean, producing reasonably clear images for a binocular of this age. Focus and dioptre adjustment both work well.
The leather case also shows age and wear, including scuffs and general signs of use, but remains in good, solid condition overall.
This is a good usable vintage pair, and would also suit a collector, display setting, theatre or opera interest, or anyone looking for a classic British optical piece.
