This is a pair of vintage British Ross London 13×60 Enbeeco binoculars with 13x magnification and larger 60mm objective lens. These binoculars are in good working order.

The binoculars are in good working condition with correct collimation and nice clear images for their age.

The objective lenses, eyepieces and the prisms under these lenses have been cleaned where accessible.

No damage to the optics and to the binoculars body work, and general wear and tear are appropriate with age. There appears to be some oil or seal marks around the edge of one objective lens due to age, but this is not visible when looking through the binoculars in normal way and does not affect the performance of the binoculars in any way.
