For sale is a pair of vintage Carl Zeiss Jena Delturis 8×24 binoculars, serial number 1102760.
These are compact vintage Porro-prism binoculars from the famous Carl Zeiss Jena optical works, with individual eyepiece focusing and a classic black textured body finish.
The optics are intact, and the binoculars achieve reasonably clear images for their age.
Cosmetically, the binoculars are in used vintage condition, with age-related wear, rubbing, marks and some paint loss to the black finish, especially around the rims, eyepieces and metal edges. The textured body covering is in good condition and gives a good vintage appearance.
The individual eyepiece focusing knobs work well and binoculars open/close as expected.
