Description
A fine pair of vintage Vismax 8×30 binoculars, proudly marked “British Made” and supplied with their original brown leather case (no lid) and leather strap.
These compact mid-century binoculars were manufactured in the late 1940s to early 1950s, during the post-war period when several UK optical firms produced high-quality civilian and military-surplus-style field glasses inspired by wartime designs.
The 8×30 configuration provides a bright, wide field of view, ideal for general use, birdwatching, or as a collectible piece of British optical history.
