This is a vintage Wray London 20×60 telescope / spotting scope with metal body and thick blackening body surface protection. The scope has 20x magnification and 60mm objective lens diameter. Image focusing knob is at the scope body. Good working order and clear images.

Serial number: 179707 (this scope was probably produced in the 1940s for military use, please see note below for further information).
Magnification: 20x (The eyepiece can be unscrewed so that different eyepieces can be put into the ocular tube. A 20x eyepiece is in place here with this scope. It is marked “20×60 Wray London”).
Objective lens dimeter: 60mm
Overall scope length (excluding dew-shade): 400mm (15.7 in.)
Main telescope tube diameter in the middle: 60mm (2.4 in.)
Image focusing knob on scope body (It is inscribed “INF->” pointing at the direction to adjust to infinity).

This telescope is in good working condition with sharp images.
Note: The rubber eyecup is an added part for the scope as the original eyecup appears to be missing. Lenses are clean and no damage to the optics and to the scope body. Wear and tear to the scope body surface appropriate with age and service. This scope can be mounted on large tripods with standard 1/4″ fixing screw.
