Note:
Overall in good vintage condition. The leather grip shows some surface wear and flaking from age, but remains complete and intact. The brass tubes display an aged patina with light marks. Optics are intact and clean (all accessible lenses have been cleaned), producing a clear and reasonably good image for its age. The draw sections extend and retract normally, though the second draw can feel slightly tight at the final stage of closing. This tube section has been polished to improve movement, as shown in the last picture.
This is a genuine vintage field or maritime telescope, not a modern reproduction. Its combination of naturally worn leather, aged brass, and the original end cap makes it both an appealing display piece and a functional instrument.
