Some Main Features:
Model: Ross London 7×50 Stepnite
Serial number: 231210
Magnification: 7 x
Objective lens diameter: 50mm
Eye lens diameter: 17mm
Individual eyepiece focusing
Dimensions (when binoculars fully open): 175mm (W) x 200mm (H) x 65mm (D)
Solid metal body construction with leather armouring.
Net weight: approx. 890 g (2 lb.)
Note: part of the leather armouring cover on the top right barrel comes off, as shown in the photo. There are some dents around the edge of the objective lens metal ring, but no damage or chips to the optics. The binoculars are in good working condition with correct collimation and reasonably clear images for their age. There appears to be some dusts on the internal lens, especially on the right. The top left eyepiece and prisms have been cleaned and some old fixing screws have been replaced, but the top right eyepiece/prism cover has not been opened for cleaning due to tight screw fixing. (Note: The top prism cover can be opened by removing the three fixing screws). The image clarity of these binoculars can be improved further if the top right prism cover can also be opened to get the optics cleaned under this cover.
For these reasons, this item is listed with reduced price.
