This is a compact 3-draw (four sections) brass spotter telescope. The telescope has 25mm objective lens with about 10x magnification power or slightly higher, and it is in good working order.

No damage to the scope body and to brass tubes apart from normal wear and tear, and the telescope draws glide smoothly.
No damage to scope lenses and no fungus on the internal lenses. All internal lenses have been cleaned. The telescope gives clear images.
Maker name is not marked on scope draws, but based on its design style and appearance, this telescope was probably produced in England during Victorian era (i.e., late 1800s).
